Torch & Gauge LLC provides HVAC and refrigeration services for residential and small commercial properties. Services may include installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC/refrigeration systems.

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking form.
Please provide accurate information about your property and equipment.
We will make every effort to arrive on time; however, arrival times are approximate.

3. Payment & Fees

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated before service.
Additional fees may apply for unforeseen issues, parts, or emergency service.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee at the discretion of Torch & Gauge LLC.

5. Liability

Torch & Gauge LLC is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance by others, or delays beyond our control.
We carry appropriate insurance, but homeowners or business owners are responsible for securing valuable items in the service area.

6. Warranty & Service Guarantees

We stand by the work we perform and strive for quality and reliability.
Any warranty for parts or equipment will be communicated at the time of service.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
